EFT was originally designed to overhaul the psychotherapy profession.

That goal has been reached and EFT dramatically reduces therapy time from months or years down to minutes or hours.


Profound physical healings have taken place:

Vision improved, headaches disappeared, cancer pains and symptoms subsided and so on. The reason for this is that EFT addresses causes rather than symptoms. Many causes of physical ailments stem from some emotional issue or belief system put in place in our early years.

EFT addresses disruptions in our energy system or Meridians and is like acupuncture, but, without the needles.

The Medical profession does not recognise disruptions in the body's energy meridians nor does it give much weight to emotional causes. These causes are the centrepiece of EFT.

EFT produces benefits where the medical profession has no known answer.
The reason EFT is so successful is simply because we are taking aim at causes that others have disregarded.

Another reason for skepticism is that EFT looks weird. I mean really, really weird. These techniques will have you talking to yourself, rolling your eyes around in your head and humming a song while tapping on various parts of your body. They don't even remotely resemble psychology as most people know it and may be waaaay outside their belief system.

Foundation of EFT

EFT was introduced in 1995 by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineering graduate in lifelong pursuit of personal well-being.

"I have been intensely interested in personal improvement via psychology since my age 13. That was when I recognized that the quality of my thoughts was mirrored in the quality of my life. Since then I have been self taught in this field, seeking only those procedures that, in my opinion, produced results. EFT is my latest finding, the core of which I learned from Dr. Roger Callahan. I also have high regard for Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in which I am a Certified Master Practitioner."

Gary Craig is neither a psychologist nor a licensed therapist. He is an ordained minister through the Universal Church of God in Southern California, which is non-denominational and embraces all religions. He is a dedicated student of A Course in Miracles, and approaches his work with a decidedly spiritual perspective. However, there is no specific spiritual teaching connected to EFT or its Practitioners.

Tapping for Weight Loss  -  (just one of the many ways to use EFT)

1. Identify the traumas, habits, & emotions that cause you to gain weight
2. Clear those blockages (emotions) so that events in your life no longer trigger weight gain, or
hinder weight release
3. Eliminate the desire to eat fattening foods
4. Eliminate specific cravings (eg chocolate, bread, chips) . You will be amazed at how you just
don’t like the taste anymore! & it doesn’t bother you that you don’t either!
5. Install the desire for healthy behaviours and regular activity (Exercise won’t feel like work, as
